The neck size is of the circumference of your neck and is rounded to the nearest inch measurement. Chest sizing is the measurement of the width around the fullest part of your chest. The shirt length is measured at the longest point from top to bottom and the arm length measurement is taken from the highest point on the shoulder to the furthest point of the cuff.
