Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any queries or you need reassurance of anything, we are hoping the questions have been answered here for you. If you you need anything else, please ask. Our team of customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Q. Can I return my items if they are the wrong size?

A. Yes, you can return your items for the correct size. Please make sure to reference our size guide when choosing your size, so we can reduce the amount of carbon emitted into the atmosphere by preventing extra trips.

Q. How long will my orders take to arrive?

A. All orders are estimated to arrive within two working days. Lots of factors can inhibit this, meaning that unfortunately it is not always possible to keep to this time scale. Subject to stock and courier times, most of our items will be dispatched the same day that you place an order. Dispatch is only available Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. If you notice a mistake with your order, you will need to cancel it as soon as possible to prevent the warehouse from dispatching it. If you are too late, you can refuse delivery from the courier, who will send it back to us. If the delivery isn't refused, you will have to pay the postage cost to send the item(s) back. We can then refund you for your purchase excluding shipping.

Q. I'm having trouble with my delivery, how can I sort this?

A. If your order hasn't arrived, you have received the wrong items or items which are deemed to be damaged or faulty on delivery, they must be reported to us within 5 days of you receiving the order. Not doing so may result in us being unable to rectify the problem. If you're aware of any delivery problems, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to help rectify them. Failure to inform us that your delivery has not arrived within 5 days may result in loss, so it is important you ask us for help as soon as possible. We do have parcel tracking methods that may help find a parcel after it has been delivered. Delivery problems are rare now with GPS tracking but if it does happen then we're here to help.

What are you doing to become more sustainable?

A. We chose to make our shirts from 100% cotton, as this is a renewable, natural material that will last for years with the right care. Using plastic to send our products to our customers was never an option for us, so you will find that your order will be packaged using cardboard mailer boxes and tissue paper. Our packaging is made from renewable sources and can be recycled to continue its circular journey. We are by no means a sustainable company, but we are an eco-conscious team who are working on improving how our brand affects the environment by minimising carbon emissions where we can.

Q. Do you have a store I can visit?

A. We are a small business, so currently we do not have our own store. You can however visit our products in person by popping into a stockist.

Q. Where are your products stocked?

A. You can currently find our garments at Philip Morris & Son in the centre of the city of Hereford.

Q. What's the best way to iron an Albert and Maurice shirt?

A. To get a good finish on your shirt, we recommend ironing whilst the garment is slightly damp. Alternatively, you can use the spray function on your iron to mist the item, before going over the item with the iron itself.
